Can I use an existing discount code?

No discount codes will be active to use during our Black Friday sale. You will be able to redeem any Pooky Perks you have at the time of purchase, though.

Can I use an existing voucher/gift card on my order?

Yes. Any existing gift cards can be used during the Black Friday sale.

How do I get the discount?

Simply add the items to your basket and the price will be automatically reduced at checkout. No need to add any codes!

I'm trying to buy a gift card, but it's not being discounted at checkout?

Gift cards are excluded from the Black Friday promotion and cannot be bought at the discounted price.

Can I pre-order at the Black Friday discounted rate?

No, items that are available for pre-order are not able to be purchased at the discounted rate from Black Friday.

Are returns free for Black Friday purchases?

Any product bought from the Black Friday promotion will be subject to a £6 per box return fee.

When does Pooky's Black Friday end?

The sale ends midnight Tuesday 28th November 2023.

Terms and Conditions

  • Trade customers are excluded from the Black Friday discount.
  • Out of stock items cannot be pre-ordered or sold at discounted prices. They will be sold at full price when they are back in stock.
  • Returns are not free and will be charged at £6 per box for items sold during Black Friday.
  • Gift cards are excluded from the Black Friday discount. 
  • Customers can still use their perks against their orders during Black Friday.
  • The discount will automatically apply at checkout and customers will not need to manually enter a code.
  • There are no other Black Friday deals than the 15% and 20% discounts. We will only honour the offer that's on the Pooky.com website.
  • There are no other discount codes live during the sale. All influencer, magazine and other codes will not work during the Black Friday period.
