Search Engine Optimisation Manager (SEO) - Gloucester Head Office
Responsibilities
-Identify areas of keyword focus and targets for Pooky’s ecommerce sites.
-Prepare reporting for Organic Search across Pooky’s websites.
-Identify areas of improvement across for technical SEO and liaise with development team and website administrator to implement fixes and improvements.
-Identify areas of opportunity for content marketing and liaise with content marketing team to ensure blog content is hitting search goals.
-Partner with the content and marketing teams and provide recommendations for organic SEO success.
-Work towards organic search growth, optimization, and ROI maximisation.
-Work with the ecommerce manager to identify areas of improvement for PPC campaigns based on organic search results.
-Manage internal search reporting and investigative tools.
-Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.

Qualifications and experience
-Experience of working in-house or at agency with both strategy and implementation of technical and content SEO a necessity.
-Experience using SEO and SEM tools such as SEMRush or ahRefs is necessary for this role.
-Good experience of reporting in GA4.
-Microsoft Office, especially Excel reporting.
-Stakeholder management.
-Interiors and/or lighting industry experience desirable.
