Where are you?
We don’t have a network of retail outlets as we’re dedicated to keeping the cost of our lamps as low as possible. But if you’d like to visit us, and you’re in our neighbourhood, we’d be thrilled to welcome you to our showrooms in Chelsea and Leeds, where you will be able to see a huge range of our products. Due to the sheer volume of our range we won't necessarily have all items available to view so if you are hoping to see particular products we would recommend getting in touch first to make sure they will be on display for you. Please note that due to space we don't hold any stock in our showrooms but if item/s are in stock in our warehouse then delivery is really speedy and you will usually have your order within 2 working days. If you wish to visit our Gloucestershire Head Office, we have a small selection of products available to view.
Do you keep stock in your showroom?
We don’t keep stock in our showrooms, but we can certainly place orders for you. Our delivery is free of charge for orders over £30, and in most cases would be with you within 2 working days.
Can I collect from your showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have the space to hold orders for our customers unless prior arrangements have been made with our Customer Service team.
Can I return items to your showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have the space to take in returns to our showrooms and these would need to be sent back via our free of charge returns service. More information regarding that can be found here.
What are your opening hours?
Our Customer Service opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday (London showroom only) 10am - 5pm
Sunday (London showroom only) 11am - 4pm
N.B We are closed on bank holidays.
Christmas Customer Service opening hours:
25th December - Closed
26th December - Closed
27th - 31st December - Open as usual
1st January - Closed
2nd January - Back to open as usual
