A starring role on Channel 4

Pooky lights pop up surprisingly often on telly (the Wisteria is a particular favourite of drama set designers, it seems), and back in August our eagle-eyed Queen of Sales Becci spotted the Stella pendant starring in an amazing transformation on Channel 4’s ‘Old House New Home’... Did you catch it?

Luke Edward Hall’s Liberty pop up 2018 has certainly been the year of Luke Edward Hall - it’s been a joy to watch him soar (here’s the Q&A he did for us). He’s been involved in projects galore this year - not least a Liberty store pop-up including a selection of Pooky shades which he transformed by handpainting in his gorgeous, highly distinctive style...

Decorex!

September’s Decorex is always an amazing event, with absolutely everyone in the interiors world descending on London’s Syon Park to gawp at what’s new (and old). This year we presented a rather lovely lighting cave, and unleashed our showstopping Orb chandelier in its colourful splendour…



 

Wicklewood’s revolving rooms

As well as collaborating with us on a new range of shades, fabric design geniuses Wicklewood put on a brilliant ‘revolving rooms’ exhition at 123 Sydney Street, showcasing the work of top interior designers. This stunner by Barlow & Barlow includes our Bamboo floor lamp...

And finally, how else to finish but with a National Treasure? Yes it’s the Lottie table lamp! And next to it is the lovely Prue Leith, signing copies of her new book on the Pooky Stand at the Cotswold Christmas Fair...
