In mainland UK, this delivery is free, but there is an extra charge for our customers in Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Islands and the channel islands to supplement this which will be applied at checkout. We will confirm a 5 day delivery window with you, and our couriers will be in touch to organise a specific delivery day to deliver this item to you. You must be at home for delivery and sign that you are happy with the condition of the item. Our customer service team will be in touch with you after you place your order to confirm these details. Delivery to areas outside the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man and the channel islands will have to be quoted by our customer service team. 

Re-delivery - For unsuccessful deliveries where you are not in to receive the item and you need to re-organise delivery, these will incur an extra £67 delivery charge for all delivery locations.

Returns - Returns in mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland) are free, while returns from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the channel islands are £67. Returns from outside the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man and the channel islands will have to be organised by the customer themselves and at your own expense.
