This policy describes how Pooky Lighting, Inc. ("Pooky" "we" "our") collects and maintains Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) about you and how we collect information about your actions whilst on our website at www.pooky.com (the “website”). By using this website you acknowledge and agree that your PII may be processed in accordance with this policy. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site
Payment providers, so that they can process payments that you have implemented for any of our products, online or by telephone
Delivery companies, so that they can fulfil the delivery of your order with Pooky.

We will only share relevant information with these parties; all such providers are under obligation to ensure your information is kept private. We do not knowingly partner with any parties with less than a reliable track record and sound policies in these areas.

As indicated on the website, payment for Pooky’s goods is through certain credit and debit cards and via PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments through the website are processed securely using advanced and up-to-date security-protected software. Your payment information is encrypted to ensure that it is fully protected and processed securely. Your payment details are not held by Pooky – they are held in an encrypted state by Stripe, a highly secure and widely recognised global payment provider. Even with these tools in place and properly functioning, we cannot guarantee the unconditional security of any PII. By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use the website at your own risk.

We would like to draw your attention on the fact that we normally never ask for financial or payment information, such as your credit card number, passcode, account number or pin number, in an e-mail, text or any other communication that we send to you.
